Industrial service excellence training and consulting program

The objective of our program is to provide our client with capabilities required for service excellence. The program, available both in Finnish and in English, includes four consecutive courses that build on one another. It will take from five to seven months to complete. There is no option of multiple clients per program available because we like to design each common session to specifically address our client's then current needs. The deliverables will be produced during the program by its participants. So in a way each delivery is quite different. |
